Super Pet accepts all major credit cards and debit cards. A $25 deposit is required at the time of online booking to secure your appointment. The remaining balance is collected at the salon on the day of the appointment.

• Full groom (large or double-coated breed): up to 3 hours

Our team will give you an estimated pickup time at drop-off and will notify you when your pet is ready.

We kindly ask owners to drop off their pet and return for pickup. Pets tend to stay much calmer when their owner is not nearby, as they will try to reach you instead of cooperating with the groomer. Our team will contact you as soon as your pet is ready for pickup.

Yes. Super Pet offers a monthly grooming plan designed to help pets gradually become comfortable with the grooming process. This plan is especially beneficial for anxious dogs or puppies who need repeated positive experiences to build trust. Ask us about it when you book your first appointment.

A full grooming service at Super Pet includes:

Yes. Super Pet offers professional cat grooming in a calm, dedicated space that is completely separate from the dog grooming area. Our cat grooming team is trained specifically in feline handling, coat care, and breed-specific styling for all cat breeds.

Absolutely. This is one of our specialties. Our Gentle Grooming service (starting at $85) is designed specifically for anxious, nervous, or sensitive pets. We use calming techniques, positive reinforcement, and an unhurried pace so that every appointment is a positive experience. We also recommend our monthly plan for dogs who need time to acclimate.

Yes. Our Puppy Introduction service (starting at $85) is a gentle, fun first grooming experience designed to help puppies build a positive association with the salon environment. We take it slow, use lots of encouragement, and make sure the session ends on a happy note so future visits are easy.

Never. Super Pet does not use cage dryers at any point. Every pet is hand-dried by a groomer in a warm, safe space. This eliminates the risk of overheating, reduces stress significantly, and allows our team to monitor your pet throughout the entire drying process.

We welcome all breeds and sizes, including large and mixed breeds. Some of the breeds we groom regularly include Goldendoodles, Labradoodles, Standard and Toy Poodles, Bernese Mountain Dogs, Huskies, Shih Tzus, Maltese, Yorkshire Terriers, Corgis, German Shepherds, Bichon Frise, Cocker Spaniels, and many more. Our groomers know the correct cut and coat care for every breed.

All pets must have current vaccinations before any grooming appointment. This is required to protect all animals in our care.

Please bring printed or digital vaccination records to your first appointment. We may request updated records at subsequent visits if records have expired.

Dematting is available as an add-on service at $1 per minute. In cases of severe matting where dematting would cause pain or distress to your pet, we may recommend a shorter cut to remove the mats safely. Our groomers will always communicate with you before making any significant decisions about your pet's coat.

Super Pet is open Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We are closed on Saturday and Sunday. Please plan your pickup before 5:00 PM to avoid late pickup fees.
